Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- Unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- Returned with its original tags and packaging.
If you request a different size or wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item or size.
Returns & Refunds
A return may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us after discovering the issue and provide details of the defect. We may request photographs of the item before arranging the return.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed or an incorrect product was delivered, VIDO VARO will cover the applicable return or exchange shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are handed over to the shipping company without shipping charges.
If the order has already been handed over to the shipping company when the cancellation is requested, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was delivered.
